| Details: | Regional championships for men and women over 40 combined
with inter-counties for (mainly) junior categories. Usual timetable (tbc) is: 1100 Men 50-69 1123 Women plus men 70+ 1400 Men 40-49 Usually a lower-level course than league races at Horspath/Shotover with no long climbs. Men run about 9k, women 6k. |
