|Article:||The "30-50" Group will help you to increase from running 30 minutes, to completing 50 minutes or maybe an hour. Suitable for improving or returning runners.
We meet on Thursdays at OXSRAD leisure centre, Marston, Oxford at 7pm to warm up and then your group will start around 7:15pm.
