|Article:||The 30-50 group enables our new runners to progress from 30 minutes to the 50+ minutes of the standard club runs, by gradually increasing the length of their Thursday runs.
The group is suitable for improving or returning runners so pass the word around at work. 30-50 starts on 17th July.
