THE EYNSHAM 10K IS BACK
Eynsham Roadrunners are delighted to announce the return of the Polar Group Eynsham 10k on Sunday 28th November 2021. Our race will also incorporate the Oxfordshire 10k county championship. The route will be 2 laps of Eynsham village finishing in the grounds of Bartholomew School as in previous years
The race will be chip timed, have full medical backup with category prizes and tee shirts for all finishers.
Unfortunately, due to Covid 19 restrictions we will not have the use of any school buildings or facilities. We are asking runners to arrive ready to run as changing facilities and baggage storage will be strictly limited at Bartholomew Sports Centre. We will of course provide portable toilets within the school grounds.
With no buildings available for the race HQ we will be unable to stage a post-race presentation or provide refreshments.
Despite these restrictions Eynsham Roadrunners are confident that we can still deliver a great running experience and are hopeful that next year will see the 10k return with all our usual facilities and great refreshments.
Entries will online be via Run Britain www.runbritain.com from 15th September. Numbers with timing chips attached will be sent out directly from our chip timers DB Max on 12th November. As they require all runners details in advance of this date it will not be possible to transfer numbers after 24th October
