The top-50 monthly rankings are no longer being published, instead there are now top-15 rankings. The only item likely to be of interest to HRRers in the November lists is "J Napman" (!), of Great Western Runners, whose 29:59 at Weston-super-Mare was the 9th best 5-mile time for a British-based woman. Annual rankings have now been published for 2003 (they must assume that everyone will be too full of pud to set a season's best in December). And it's congratulations to Jude Craft, 19th in the rankings for 5K with 16:44, and 24th in the rankings for 5 miles with 27:57. And for those who follow the fortunes of of ex-members : Mara Yamauchi was placed 18th woman for track 5000m (16:40.00), 7th for track 10000m (33:29.2), 11th for 10K road (33:50), and third for half-marathon (72:33). James Bowler was placed 48th man for 800m (1:50.83), 17th for 1500m (3:43.07), 13th for the mile (4:05.84), and 37th for 3000m (8:17.79). Data from 'Athletics Weekly'. Apologies to anyone I missed.
