|Article:||The Teddy Hall Relays take place on the afternoon of Wednesday 7th March this year and as usual we will be entering as many teams as we need to make sure that everyone who wants to can run. This event is well worth taking the afternoon off for. The race HQ is the historic Iffley Rd track and each leg of the relay is about 5k, from the track, into town, through Christchurch meadows, across Folly Bridge, up the towpath to Donnington Bridge and back down Meadow Lane to the track again. Menís and mixed teams run 4 legs and womenís teams run 3. Details are on the OUCCC web site.
The web site gives the start time as 1pm. I need to check that, as in the past it has always been 2pm.
The competition is very hot at the sharp end and very good natured at the back end of the field. No one need worry about being too slow. Entry fees are £4. Iíll collect them on the day.
Please let me know if you want to run, so I know how many teams to enter. Entries close on 23rd February, so let me know before then, please. Email email@example.com
