We were treated to a lovely, crisp sunny morning to run on this great new course at Middleton Cheney, which was suitably challenging, rarely flat and had a bit of everything - ups, downs, mud, water, twists, turns and even a ditch to leap over. The long, long uphill finish can best be described as cruel! A disappointing HRR turnout meant that we didn't field any complete teams. However, Helen and Adrienne enjoyed individual success and secured their selection for the inter-counties, whilst Charlotte's great run earned her a reserve spot. |
