197 miles in 26 hours 56 minutes gave us a mid-table
position in the race (33rd out of 61) and in Club Class,
however there were some excellent individual
performances: first timer Catriona Scott 1st lady vet and
2nd lady on her stage; Mark Jones 1st age-graded position
on his stage; Harriet Griffiths 3rd senior lady on her
stage.
The Norfolk weather, unusually, was somewhat changeable
but not as challenging as last year!
For us, this event relies on runners and support crew
going over and above the call of duty to make it a great
HRR team experience - thank you to everyone for their
part in this. |
