The fourth running of this event and once again there was increased participation with 18 teams from 12 clubs following a circular route through the green belt round Oxford, mostly on trails, created by CPRE in 2007. Headington A were second behind Oxford City. Unlike previous years the relay started and finished in Radley, at the Bowyers Arms, a good place to relax at the end and for the announcement of the results. Runners were mostly lucky with the weather with just brief showers, and sunshine at the end and into the evening. |
