Our team of EA qualified coaches and leaders are on hand to help you on your running journey, be it progressing to run more regularly, increase your running distance or speed, and to help to navigate injury or set backs!  We offer:

  • an annual beginners group, progressing through 30-50 and ultimate integration to club activities
  • a range of regular coached, group interval training sessions designed to help improve running performance by developing endurance and increasing VO2 max as well as improving running technique
  • advice and assistance with training plans and specific support for focussed distance/time specific goals
