A really well organised, centrally located marathon in a beautiful city. Conditions were warm and sunny so great for the fabulous support throughout! Welcomed water showers at every drinks station were fantastic and this together with all the roadside 'fuel' kept us all strong and good spirit. Finishing in the Stockholm Olympic stadium was the icing on the cake together with post race treats available including cakes, massage and beer (although having to negotiate walking down a staircase to get to them a further challenge !) |
