| Comments: | A trio of HRR runners took part in this excellent evening race (cheered on by Kenny Lowies). Conditions were blusterly, but that meant we had a tailwind in the final mile. This is part of the East Midlands Grand Prix Series, which is from the same stable as the Silverstone 10k. A great performance from Sarah Grylls who has smashed the 5 mile club record and a respectable 10th place for super speedy Sam O'Neill. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
