| Comments: | Excellenct weather conditions, clear & warm with just a caressing breeze, flattish but interesting city course. Ran with a bruised rib from falling over on Thursday club night but generally felt good except for a slightly slow two miles at 23/24. Just missed that elusive sub-3 hrs again! Watch out Abingdon. | |||
