Thank you to everyone who ran and marshalled and supported round the course, what a team effort. Special mention to the 1st timers you ran with distinction, hopefully the first of many. And it produced results, both men and women's teams were 4th on the day as was the combined team. This meant the men climbed from 16th to 11th in the division, with the women going from 10th to 7th and the combined team from 15th to 10th . Great advances all round, can we keep this momentum going onto Milton Keynes on Dec 12th. Lets not forget thanks for a monumental cake effort, top of any league.
