| Comments: | Drove through lashing rain (thank you minibus drivers John & Richard) and then ran in the sunshine. The men ran 10k and the ladies less than that. A brilliantly successful day for all the HRR teams and runners. Individually we had 3 1st places, 4 2nd places and 3 3rd places. The men's team were 1st senior and 1st vet team.
