| Comments: | Today's races were part of the national Cross Country Challenge, so we saw the top runners in the country in action. HRR were slightly depleted compared with last month but we ran well to keep the points total ticking over. The women were 6th team on the day, slipping to 4th overall but still 'in the mix' for honours. The men were 12th, leaving them 10th overall.
