Remarkably clement weather and an interesting course with something for everyone, made for a good afternoons racing. The men went first to facilitate the results, with Mike Worthington winning both the MV 60 category on the day and the MV60 title for the entire league. Jude Craft was third lady, leading home a strong ladies team who were second on the day and third overall in the league overhauling Chiltern Harriers, but just missing out on second to ‘Windsor Slough and Eton’ by 6 points. Congratulations to Marie-Anne who attended every event and was 3rd FV45 in the league. |
