First race in this summer's series saw the runners test out the newly measured course. Great to see so many debutants on a cool overcast evening, a light breeze on the inward journey only slightly denting the times. A tight race at the front saw Chris edging Mike by 3 secs, but Mike gained the overall % victory, being the first to enter this season's 80% club.
Next race is part of the club championship, points to be earned, so get the race shoes out.
