The final club 5k of the year took place in warm, dry, but breezy conditions making the last mile unusually tough.
Kenny Lowies was the first runner home, finishing nearly a minute ahead of Simon Dales. Allison Hirst was the fastest woman and also scored the highest age-graded score. Kenny improved his all time best score in the series and moved into third place across the 2019 standings just ahead of Phil Kimber. Neither Simon nor Allison improved on their previous scores. Therefore Allison marks her welcome return to HRR by winning of the 2019 series with her 86.1 from race 1, a mere thirteen years since her last club 5k series victory in 2006.

4th Phil Kimber - 83.3 (race 3)
5th Chris Woodruff - 79.8 (race 2)
6th Jason Smith - 79.6 (race 1)
7th John Griffiths - 79.5 (race 3)
8th Julien Lhomme - 78.8 (race 1)
9th Kevin Byrne - 78.2 (race 3)
10th Duncan Laurence - 77.4 (race 2)
