The 2014 Time Trial final was a close run thing, with Graham Norris claiming his second Lineshot Trophy, only in the last few metres after a gallant effort by Chris Jones. The bookie's favourite, Andy Sully, handicapped by a cold and Graham Day's sarcasm, could only manage third place after a late start. Elsewhere Fergus was fastest man, setting an unsurprising PB, since he normally does two circuits of the Time Trial. And Diane set another amazing time, her third fastest ever and the sixth fastest by a woman. Thanks to all the runners for making this such a terrific season. There were more runners than we have ever had since we moved to the present course, with an average of over 60 runners in each Time Trial. See you all next year, I hope. Many thanks also to Robert Logan, whose help has been invaluable as always.
