Comments:	Congratulations to Alex Whitehouse, who won the Time Trial at his eighth attempt. It's unusual to see faster runners break their handicaps by large amounts, so well done to Peter Hellawell in second place, who went under 24 minutes for the first time, and to Nicola in third place, who was fastest woman for the 4th time. Ash Jones posted the 18th fastest run in the history of this TT course in his third Time Trial.
