A 9am start but worth getting up early for the 60 mile trip down the A34. Over 2000 finishers and competitive at the sharp end. Road closures make this a traffic free race. It's almost a figure of eight circuit with good marshalling and crowd support. A bit of a climb at about 4km but otherwise flat. Congratulations to Jude Craft and Allison Hirst (former HRR) who were both first in their categories. |
