Back in Milton Keynes for yet another Enigma Marathon - day
7 of this multi-day event (over a dozen runners completed a
marathon every day - and a few had even done two other
marathons the previous weekend to make their totals 9 in 9
days).
I set out with a plan to try to stick more closely to 10
minute miles, which worked out quite well over the first
half as I reached 2h10m with more even-paced splits than
Monday, however the second half proved almost as tough
meaning another tail-off resulting in a time of 2h29m - so
over all just 33 seconds faster than Day 1! |
