| Comments: | Lovely day for a coastal run. Mostly flat course through roads,army base and along the sea front. Good conditions except for bit of headwind for last 3 miles. Lots of areas of crowd support and well marshalled. There was another HRR there that i spoke to at the end(sorry i didn't catch your name and can not seem to find you on the results-appologies) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
