Mayhill Massacre

Date: 20th Jan 2008
Distance: 8.75m
Full results:
Type: Multi-terrain
Comments: Quite aptly named... Almost all either up or down May Hill (just off the A40 near Huntley, West of Gloucester), and much of it through thick squelchy mud, pretty relentless. Someone on Runners World described it as "like running through 6-8 inches of marmite". Nevertheless an excellent course, with good views (briefly) from the top and some nice woods, made for an enjoyable hard run. Well marshalled & organised, and another T-shirt for the collection.
