A dry but quite humid evening with geese flying by in formation, and a lot of lightning in the distance in the dark afterwards. Prizes for this last race in the series went to Kay Angwin,1st VW60; Jackie Duvall, 1st VW70; Phil Kimber, 1st VM80; and Rachel Shaw, 3rd VW50. In the series as a whole, HRR women won the "Large Team" competition (having overturned a 16 point deficit) for the third year in a row, and the men came second in the "Large Team" competition (10 to score for both teams). Individual prizes for the series went to Marcus Shantry, 3rd overall (a weird quirk of some very close scoring giving Marcus the 3rd place overall, but not for senior men!); Matthieu Marshall, 3rd SM; Martin Slevin, 1st VM60; Phil Kimber, 1st VM80; Jackie Duvall, 1st VW70.
