Hugely enjoyable event at Wollaton Park in Nottingham.
Respect to everybody who got over the line on a heavy
course. This is the most prestigious XC event and quite a
spectacle with 911 finishers in the women's race and 1710
in the men's race. Very proud that we had 14 HRRs to
represent the club and fly our flag. Good camaraderie in
the team and on the minibus, finished off with a pub meal
afterwards and a rather quieter trip home. It'll take a
while for all of the mud to wash off! Our women's team finished an impressive 41/94 and our men 104/115. |
