Advertised as flat and scenic. Flat - sort of, but lots of underpasses to get down to and out of, and lots of sharp turns, so not quite as fast as it could be, but not bad. Scenic? Depends on what you're used to, I suppose... Other than that a nice race, nothing special, but decent organization (Apart from one major hiccups this year - no marshals at one point, the leading group went the wrong way and added nearly a mile to the distance - ouch!). Would happily do it again as a "training race", but not as a big event to train towards. |
