Comments: Final round of the Oxford Mail season. Helen Barnes took the league by storm winning the overall womens competition. A fantastic achievement. Also congrats to Helen Turley who completed the season in 3rd position in the Vet 55 competition. Marie-Anne notched up her 50th consecutive Ox Mail race and subsequently downed an ale in a style which suggested she has worked hard for it over the past ten years. The women were 2nd team on the day but comfortable winners of the league title overall. The men finished in fine style winning on the day and leapfrogging 2 places to finish 2nd overall in the league. Thanks to Luke and all the organisers for an enjoyable season.
