It's beat-them-at-their-own-game time again, and again it seems Headington's runners are winning everything they enter in the county Track and Field championships. Not just winning, unless there was some wierd pace judgement in the steeplechase each of us lapped the field! Pete with a fine last lap effort to get past WHH's Paul Jegou. Not too late to join in the fun - the 5000m events are to be held on Wednesday 26 May at Tilsley Park, and on the evidence of the 19th of May, there will be no problem getting late entries accepted. |
