| Comments: | Started with a wet and windy Sutton Park, well known to some from the national relays, and finished with a third British Masters M45 gold, to go with 5000m and 10K ones from last year. In between, a stunning triumph for the negative split, with my main M45 competitor doing the first 10K in 51 minutes and the second ten in 59 minutes, while my first ten went by in 52:51 (i.e. almost 400 metres adrift) and the second ten in 52:28. | |||||||||||||||||
