| Comments: | If the race title has the word "Valley" in it, then expect it to be hilly. Fortunately this one wasn't too bad. Starting at an athletics track, we did just over one lap of that (leaders almost lapping the back-markers) before venturing out onto the streets of Woodford, Chigwell and Buckhurst Hill in Essex. Two loop course with last mile almost competely downhill. Well marshalled despite not being traffic free (maybe explaining the early start - 9am). | ||||||||||||
