Richard Skilbeck writes: A huge well done to the ten HRR’s who competed in the Southern XC Championships on Saturday. We were fortunate to have good weather conditions with fairly firm ground and just a few minor stretches of mud. The course at Beckenham Place Park in Kent is a lovely setting with an undulating course and a tough climb at the back of the loop. In a competitive field, our Women starred by finishing 18 out of 47 Teams (Emily Strathdee / Tilly Woods / Yvonne Morris / Nicola Oldroyd). Congratulations to Carolyn on making her XC debut. |
