The Beckenham Place Park venue in Kent is becoming an established base for the Southern XC Championships. Conditions underfoot could be described as 'sticky' on this challenging and undulating course. Lots of variety of woodland and open running, with a stiff climb at the back of the course. Our nine HRR competitors competed brilliantly and did the club proud in this championship event. A good day out, accompanied by a noisy soundtrack of parakeets flying around in the park. |
