| Comments: | A lovely bright, crisp morning meant we saw the scenic first half of the course at its best; the headwind did nothing to enhance the last five miles alongside a busy A road, with a mile circuit of an industrial estate thrown in for good measure. Well organised, good local support, but several long gradual uphill drags make it a challenging course - not as fast and flat as it claims to be. Not sure I'd hurry back. | ||||||||||||||||||
