| Comments: | Excellent 50 mile run from Reading to Shepperton in London along the Thames path passing areas such as Henley, Marlow Eton and Windsor. Alternating concrete and heavy thick mud made shoe choice interesting. This was an unsuported event apart from water with no support crews allowed so it meant carrying what turned out to be a heavy back pack which as I write still feels attached to my shoulders. All in all an enjoyable day. |
