There was good Headington success at Thunder Run this
weekend, with Diane Moore part of the winning female team
of 5 and myself in the winning mixed team of 5.
This is a 24 hour relay race with a challenging 10km
cross country loop. Some mad people actually choose to go
solo for the full 24 hours, for the slightly less crazy
you can run in pairs, 5's or 8's. It is an awesome event
with a festival like atmosphere, well worth experiencing,
but I would recommend booking the following day off work! |
